Engineered a custom proprietary data moat, surfacing strategic insights on what sells, which assets yield the highest margins, and which visual patterns drive revenue. Enabled intelligent matchmaking by analyzing purchasing behavior and the semantic structure of visual archives. Led end to end product development that led to a year of additional runway from angels and VCs, aligned with existing team budget.

Built a fully automated quantitative sports analytics platform processing millions of statistical records to deliver predictive insights across MLB, NBA, WNBA, and NFL. Transformed application from a traditional dashboard to an agentic-first platform with semantic tool routing, enabling a conversational interface grounded in proprietary in-house data and verified external sources. Architected fault-tolerant big data pipelines processing thousands of messages per hour through RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL connection pooling, and distributed processing. Achieved 95% infrastructure cost reduction by designing serverless pipelines on AWS ECS Fargate Spot instances with automated failover.
